Default MS6 Kicks ass in the snow!!!!

We had a major storm up here a couple days ago, a foot of snow, and it was hell in a handbasket out on the roads.

MS6 + Snow tires = Unstoppable. Problem is, it's hard to justify a snow day from work

OHH baby does it ever!

It was fun ripping past SUV's like I was on rails while they were crashing into snow banks.

Brutal welcome to winter though, 800+ accidents in the GTA. You would think that 99% of the drivers on the road just moved here from Guam the day before

LOL Mindcore, looks like you and I are the only ones that got snow so far

Just you wait, they'll all be bragging about it soon enough

It takes a week or so to get used to it, then in the spring when it's 11c we run around in shorts like it's the sahara

It's been a pretty crappy winter already so far, last year it was almost like it was going to pass us by

I got a couple inches of snow 2 nights ago, but tonight and yesterday (Sunday) it has been constant downpour of rain so no more snow I guess that's good since it gives me some time to get my winter tires on (First year using winter tires might I add)

what is this "snow" you speak of?

It is getting cold tho... we had to turn on the heater in the shop the past couple weekends cos it just now got below 50F during the day. I know I said the rx-7 was on hold... but we fabbed a new camera mount that bolts to the rear view mirror mounts, and installed the rear-steer eliminators for the autocross next weekend. We got the RX-3 running, but it has no brakes, and we don't have any wheels/tires that fit it yet...

also got my MX-5's hard top finally prepped for paint
Hopefully will get it painted this week, cos its finally too chilly to rock it w/the top down, even during the day. (its friggen windy instead of snowing here, and it even rained fri and sat.)

I take it back, I got stuck this morning.. then again, it's snowing like the end of the world is coming

I guess when the snow is higher then the wheel wells, AWD and snow tires just don't cut it

Like anything though, a good set of snow tires will get you through pretty much anything, the AWD just makes it impossible to get stuck
