Posts: 1,299	Abnormal whine noise in steering column Mazda3 TSB 06-002/04 Description: Some whine noise from Elctro Hydraulic Power Assist Steering ( EHPAS ) is considered normal, in other cases an abnormally loud whine noise may occur when comapred to known good vehicles.
