Default Crappy windshields?

Hey guys, on my Mazda3 I've just had my 3rd windshield crack in the bast 3 months. It's rediculous.

I don't recall anything hitting it either time, I just come out in the morning and see a small crack, then it get's bigger over the next few days.

I have it replaced, the it happens again. I've had them replaced at my dealer, and now I'm thinking about going to an autoglass place instead hopefully they will give me a better windshield.

Anyone else have them crack? or have gotten crappy replacements from the dealer?

or is it really just bad luck?

Thanks

Never had a problem with mine Phil, I think it may be possible that your first windshield got hit, then it was just a crappy repair job, like they didn't clean the channel properly first, then did the same thing again.

I'd go to an autoglass place anyway, sometimes the aftermarket ones are better then OEM anyway, and they know what they're doing.

Ya, I thing Nigel is right, I'd blame the installers before I'd blame the windshield itself
