Default bulb in ashtray

Im new to this site and just got a 2004 Mazda3 S this summer. I love the car but after i got it i noticed there was a bulb out in the ashtray. Ive tried to get it out but cant, does anybody know how to get it out?

i would also like to hear your all's opinion on how i can get more horsepower. would I get the most horsepower from an AEM intake?

Sorry man, I have no idea how to get it out. I tried a quick google search, and wouldn't you know the first thread that pops up is this one ooops

Power wise, AEM is great, and will give some gains, you'll feel it, but you won't be beating mustangs after that. Add that to an exhaust system and you'll start to see some bigger gains.

LOL I took a look at it last night, since I remembered this post.. I'd have no idea how to get it out either. It looks like you need to remove the assembly, there are tabs at the sides ( screws ) and they remove it so you can get to it from behind.

I'll take a look tomorrow in the day light, but I think there are two tabs on each side that you need to press to get the assembly out,then you replace the bulb from the back side
