Default 88 B2200 Question

I have a 1988 B2200 and it idles high when it is first started. I have put a new egr valve on it and also a new O2 sensor. It has 110,000 miles on it. After it warms up you can tap the gas and it idles perfect. But if you just start it and go before it warms up it will miss and sputter and not run good. Also the check engine light is on. Its had new plugs, plug wires, pcv valve, etc. What could be another problem with it? Thanks for your reply!

It sounds to me like the Mass Air Flow sensor, can you get the code read to see what it's pointing to? Places like Pep Boys will do it for you for free.
