Looking for 1st gen owners in the North West?

So I just picked up an 1985 with a 12A in it and I'm looking for fellow 1st gen owners or those knowlegable about 1st gen's from the North West that might be able to give me some good insight.
I am also looking for some good information on maintenance information for the NW climates?
I of course will take insight from all over, but trying to find some locals so I just don't feel so all alone LOL
