Hi everybody, I am the proud owner of a 1985 RX7 with a 12A engiene.
I live in Monroe Washington (about 45 minutes N/E of Seattle) my new ride has a electrical issue, and the rear end sounds like the brake is dragging (I am assumming it in the rearend itself). I have never worked on this type of car and I am really not the machanical type (more of a fabricator). Does anyone know #1 - What would be a good shop to take it too that would do the best work? #2 - Where is the best place to get the best info on what the best parts to upgrade my performace?

well, since I live too far away, I can't help w/#1... but as far as #2...
Racing Beat - Mazda Performance Specialists MAZDATRIX for Mazda RX7, RX8, Rotary Engine Parts and Accessories and of course, if you're savvy, we've found a lot of good deals on stuff on ebay for our little racer. And, if you do at least 2 racing events a year in a Mazda (even autocross counts) you can sign up for MAZDASPEED MOTORSPORTS DEVELOPMENT Racing Support Home Page and get go-fast bits right from the factory. Now, make with the pictures of your new ride ![]()
