Thumbs up mazdaz 20b motor

ok guys well here i am again . just a quick question . ive got a 72 2 door bmw . in great condition and have bought a 20b motor that was dead from a scrap yard. the thing is ive pulled down the motor. the middle housing is stuffed so is the rota, so i can get another rota but i cabt get a housing , so ive got a few dead 13b series 5 motors here so i pulled both of them down and what im gonna do is i have 3 realy good 13b housings really mint. and the 20b end plates are street ported so ive had them cleand up. put a new seal kit thru the motor fully put it back together , just wondering if there is anything u can think of for me to check as im keen to put it in concrning turbo etc fuel, ems
