There's lots of skylines around here..other then just being really fast, they always seem like junk to me.

I wouldn't say they're junk.. they maybe a little dated, and the looks are questionable imo, but everything about those cars is solid, AWD, drivetrain, suspenion

It is a serious sports car.

The 7 is definatly the looker in the group, but that forbidden fruit thing with the Skyline..I'd go with that if they were both in front of me

Sorry guys, I like RX7's as much as the next guy.. hell I'm on a mazda forum, but the Skyline is the ultimate tuner car..

The 7 is big steamin pile in comparison. Who cares about looks, that thing is a beast..

I defy anyone to tell me differant!

I'd still go with the 7, you can get almost as much power out of it, no AWD drivetrain loss, and a lot lightet then a GTR. If I was going to do track work with it, it would be a no brainer.

If I wanted to redneck race from light to light, then ya, maybe the Nissan

I hate to say it, but I would go with the GTR, I've always loved those car. Don't think I could get used to the right hand drive though.

Does that Motorex place still exist? I remember they used to import them and convert them over to LHD

Umm check out the race between an R34 and RE Amemeya's baby blue RX7... the 7 only has 300HP and the skyline has 600HP with a scramble boost button and got his ASS handed to em... and if u really wanna kno why... its called weight! the rx7 weighs alot less then the R34.. i love nissans and mazdas equaly but the 7 is the beast in this case... 1.3liters of pure sex.. how many other motors do u kno that come in a 1.3liter fashion that can hold almost 1000HP? god forbid i school you on the 20B out of the cosmos.. 700HP to the wheels with just a P-port.. thats also N/A.... when u add the twin turbo system or even one big turbo on the 20b u can go up to 1600HP!!!

the drift king HIMself said the GTR is too heavy compared to the rx7 and theres lots of understeer.... excuse me it was 380HP not 300 lol but anyway its still not the 600 the GTR has.. so GTR that!

thanx man.. i juss love rotary motors and think they have been gettin too much bad press... overheating problems and blah blah.. i got a cosmos front clip in my garage and its being fully rebuilt...new seals new plugs p-port.. and its all going into a toyota corolla ae86.. the body of a Toyota with the soul of a Rotary! car weigh about 1400lbs with no motor in it.. so lets see how much its gonna weigh when there is a motor in it!
