Hi guys not been on for a while ' 1992 k rege RX7 ( IMPORT ) cant see an engine check light any where on the dash panel'need to check for fault codes. How do I check for codes if there is know management light.

No I don't the only information I have is which terminals to bridge on the diagnostics box but there doesn't seem to be an engine check light. I am in the UK and car was imported from Japan also have a Jap import Toyota celica GT4 and its a doddle just stick a wire in the diagnostics socket and away you go just count the flashes on the engine check light on the dash.

That is a HUGE rip!
I mean you could wire an LED into your harness where the CEL should be, but that would take some fancy wiring, making sure you have the right wires, and generally be more trouble then it's worth. otherwise though, I can't think of a way for you to figure it out, other then diagnosing the symptoms |
