Stern wheels, 17x7.5 front 17x9 rear. They're a true 3 piece and a relatively old and super rare wheel (in the US, might be common in Japan). Apparently they were made alongside Volks and Works back in the day. Now Stern wheels are ricer crap though.

It's been forever and a day since I updated this...but I figured I'd copy over a post I made on a few boards...
Been working on this a bit over Christmas break. Drove it a bit last week when it was 40* out. ![]() Got the dash back in for what should be the final time. PCM is also mounted (no more kicking it around the floor) ![]() Got the new hood on (thanks Addicted2booTs) ![]() And put the cover on it for now...maybe more work later this week, but probably just collecting some parts I need and fixing up my Jeep. ![]() Not much of an update, but I've been pretty busy doing everything but working on the FD. Hoping to do paint this winter and finish off the interior. Also, the car will be for sale sometime in the near future for $20k or less, depending on exactly what is done to it and how well it cleans up. Let me know if you're interested. |

Next project in general is settling down and getting a place to put my shit.
Next car project...not sure. Some ideas: LS2 FD with some goodies (the trick rear subframe, $$$ spent in the suspension, lots more power etc...basically doing what I wish I could have done with this) Lotus Super 7 replica (SuperStalker kit - uses the supercharged GM V6 from a GTP...my friend ran 11.4@120 in his GTP at 3000+lbs...imagine that engine going through a manual trans and towing only 1500lbs) S2000 track rat (just drive the sin out of the car...they're so much fun) Porsche 996 Turbo (they're getting CHEAP) ???? (I'm sure I'll find 100 more interesting cars between now and then) |
