Never had a chance -

Sheriff calls them "Scum Bums" in honor of "Smokey and the Bandit" TV edited version that was played on TNT every other Saturday for during all of the 90's.

We actually caught up to the bikes eventually. Most of us ragged on them for being dumbasses. ( they passed a line of about 20 of us in one shot ) But they knew that they'd get away with it, so they didn't care too much

I have seen that happen in the mountains here, the bikes cross the center line, pass where you aren't supposed to, and all sorts, but I have only seen them get caught once...but I get dirty looks from every cop I see.
