Default Oh yeah, well I SOOOOOOOO want this! Audi R8

Sorry Mindcore, i could not help myself.

A friend of mine, brought his R8 to our car club meet yesterday. Needless to say, I think a bus full of Playboy bunnies could have pulled into the parking lot, and none of us would have noticed. I thought that car was cool in print, and the couple times I have seen one on the road, but up close, and in person, it is an amazing car. So, I took some pictures. I am trying to wait for a nice clear summer day, and he and I are gonna go back and do a real photo shoot, with the car clean and a good sky and background. hopefully I will get a ride. hate me if you must.

Enjoy.

Don't apologise! I've been dreaming of this car for a while now.. of only my big bonus would kick in 140k and she's mine.

I just LOVE this car. It's got the super car looks and performance ( roughly ) but civil enough to drive every day. Almost dare I say it, the perfect car.

As for the site, I have no idea.. one day when you have some time, maybe I'll get Erock and you togther online and see if we can figure it out. It just plain out rips for me, and we have similar computer setups.

If I won the big lotto here in GA, I would be putting my down payment on a white one with CF blades. I have seen one like that in person too, and it was awesome. My friend loves it, he says it is full of such cool technology, that it is amazing it does not cost more than it does. He loves it, and I know why. It would be a good DD, but you would have to get used to people staring, asking questions, and suing you for them causing a traffic accident. And, I would not want to park it anywhere, he did that day, and I was surprised. It would never see the grocery store lot, and would not even drive by a Wally World if it was my car.

BTW, as of right now, site is better. dunno.

I just love the R8, and while it's not exactly a real R8, you can still argue it has some pretty serious racing heritage...kinda

Have you had a ride in it yet?

I was at the launch here in Toronto, but never got to get a ride in it. There are some pics here of it.

not yet, but I hope to one of these days.

this weekend he had his Ford GT out at the track, it had a group of onlookers all day yesterday, and was a monster on the track, it made up ground on people really quick.

Well I am going to bump this, because I need to get some sleep so maybe someone else will do the research....but, there is a car that is out; it is faster than the Bugatti Veyron! I think the front looks ugly, and the interior buttons, but someone make a thread for it!

p.s. I forgot its name, but do it, new thread!

So I didn't realize googling "Cars faster than a Veyron" would have so many results, then again, i don't pay attention to those things. But, i found the one I was referring to: Click here!
