![]() Featuring gullwing doors, a 2.5-liter flex-fuel engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission, the Mazda Ryuga was another wild-looking concept that caught our eye. With its long wheelbase and headlight shape inspired by bamboo leaves, the Ryuga is an upscale version of the Nagare concept Mazda unveiled at the L.A. show. Incidentally, nagare is Japanese for “flow” while ryuga means “gracious flow.” “Ryuga is Zoom-Zoom defined,” said Mazda's Global Design Director, Laurens van den Acker. “It combines vibrance, confidence, fun and youth all in one ingenious package.” |
