when my automatic antenna died on my car, i picked up a generic one that was listed for the car at pep boys for $60 USD... which works out to about £30.
Also, if you don't need/want the automatic one, I'm sure you can find a cheap stationary antenna at most auto parts stores, or maybe a salvage yard.

Absolutly, get a generic model online, or ebay even. You will save a bundle.
Only question I would ask is, is there an amplifer mounted with the antenna, or was that housed somewhere else? If you're an AM fan you'll need it. |
